Stealth Comedy Game My Arms Are Longer Now Announces Its Release Date

The Nintendo Indie World Showcase has been quite exciting this year. The range of indie games revealed has just made me keep adding all of them to my to-play list. One of them is My Arms Are Longer Now, which revealed its release date during the event.

The game has been on my list anyway since it was announced in May 2026. The game is developed by Toot Games and published by the well-known Jackbox Games. For Toot Games, this is its debut title, while the game also marks Jackbox Games’ first game as a publishing partner.

So, what’s the release date of My Arms Are Longer Now?

My Arms Are Longer Now is coming on March 11th, 2027, for PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox Series X|S. The game is very similar to the 2024 Yorkshire-toned slapformer, Thank Goodness You’re Here.

A 2D stealth comedy game, you play as a thief. But instead of relying on lockpicks or fancy gadgets, you’ve got a massive, slimy, snake-like arm that can stretch across levels and grab pretty much anything you fancy. Cash, bikes, family pets: anything!

The arm is your entire criminal toolkit. You can snake through vents, reach under seats, pinch objects, slap people, trip characters and retract your arm like a vacuum cleaner cord. There’s even a fully physics-simulated arm, so you can get yourself tangled up while trying to pull off a robbery.

Oh, and you can also put a sock over your hand to disguise it. You can disarm security guards and even use the sock to flirt with a lonely guard. The game also lets you seduce guards as part of your attempts to pull off the perfect heist. To know how, well, you’ll have to play the game when it drops.

Now that the release date is out, don’t forget to wishlist My Arms Are Longer Now on Steam. Meanwhile, be sure to read our news on Survival Third-Person Shooter Anomalith.
